If you arrive 10 minutes late, there will be a $10 late fee added to your total.
Please remember: if you're late, it pushes me behind for my next clients. I truly appreciate you arriving on time.
Communication is key — please let me know if you're running behind.
A no-call, no-show will be charged 100% of the service.
No-call, no-shows will also be blocked from booking future appointments.
This helps prevent time being taken from other clients who would have booked.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Please try to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid fees and to keep your deposit.
