• Understand that failure to disclose this information may increase your risk of irritation or reaction, for which ClawzXGizelle cannot be held liable.

I reserve the right to decline service for any condition that may pose a health or safety risk.

You understand that although rare, allergic reactions to nail products can occur.

ClawzXGizelle is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or medical issues.

All services are final. Due to the nature of this work:

• No refunds, chargebacks, or partial refunds will be issued.
• If you experience an issue within 48 hours, you may request a complimentary fix at my discretion.

By booking, you release ClawzXGizelle from any responsibility for:

• Breakage, lifting, or damage caused by daily activities or improper aftercare.
• Pre-existing nail conditions or weaknesses.
• Reactions to products or adhesives.
• Damage occurring after you leave the appointment.

You agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided to you. Failure to follow aftercare may affect the longevity of your set.

• All deposits are non-refundable under every circumstance.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment before rebooking.
• Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a cancellation or shortened service.
